STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

违反《网赌的十大网站》的行为包括:

  1. Bias and Harassment

    罗杰威廉姆斯大学的学生认识到，尊重每个人的尊严对于创造和维持一个繁荣的大学社区至关重要. 他们理解并理解自己的决定和行动对他人的影响，并且公正、公平地对待社区的所有成员. 他们采取行动来阻止和挑战那些行为可能对他人有害和/或贬低他人价值的人. 违反这一价值观的行为包括但不限于:

  2. 不当性行为/基于性别的不当行为

    5. Stalking; and

  3. Campus Safety 

    罗杰威廉姆斯大学的学生表现出对彼此和社区的积极尊重. 学生应保持高标准的文明，并与大学社区的所有成员一起负责，确保校园的安全和健康. 违反此值的行为包括但不限于:

    1. Use of physical force or violence;
    2. 威胁使用武力或暴力;
    3. Fighting (physical or verbal);
    4. Disorderly conduct, which may include, but is not limited to, 公众醉酒或扰乱治安的

  4. Fire Safety

    3. False activation of fire alarms;

    6. Igniting any material inside a facility without appropriate approval (including candles and incense); and

  5. Alcohol 

    大学致力于通过提供促进健康生活方式和负责任决策的教育和资源，为所有成员营造一个安全和有益的环境. A caring, safe, 消息灵通的社区营造了一个所有成员都能学习和发展的环境. To that end, 我们协助社区成员了解与饮酒和其他药物有关的风险，同时力求尽量减少误用和滥用这些物质对自己和他人造成的伤害.

  6. Drugs 

    违反学校药物政策的行为包括但不限于:

    1. The actual or intended purchase, possession or use of illegal drugs, narcotics, 管制药品或者无处方处方药;

    3. 管有毒品用具(例如烟枪、鳞片、水管等.);
    4. The actual or intended sale, distribution, 种植或制造非法毒品, narcotics, 管制药物或处方药;

    6. Operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of or impaired by drugs; and

  7. Theft and Abuse of Property 

    大学的学生应该尊重属于他人的财产, the community, 或转让给大学，并应谨慎使用该等财产, and only when authorized to do so. 违反此值的行为包括但不限于:

    5. 未经授权进入(包括强行进入), use, presence in or occupancy of any premises or facilities; and

  8. Failure to Comply

  9. Dishonesty

    5. Misrepresentation, fraud or deceit;

  10. Smoking and Vaping

  11. Information Technology

  12. Other Prohibited Conduct 

    1. 违反联邦、州或地方法律法规;
    2. 违反大学官方通讯中规定的任何政策或规定, policies, agreements, handbooks or websites;
    3. Violation of the Good Neighbor Policy;
    4. 擅自在学校财产上经营业务或者使用学校资源的;
    5. 学生的客人的任何行为违反了大学的规则或政策，包括学生行为准则(注:学生对客人的行为负责.);
    6. 干扰学生学习或大学使命的行为;
    7. Behavior that would offend or frighten a reasonable person; and
    8. 协助他人违反校规或在违反校规时在场. 鼓励学生举报违反政策和/或取消参与.
